Medbash.ai is an AI-powered regulatory compliance platform designed for medical device manufacturers. The Platform provides:

• Device portfolio management and compliance tracking
• Regulatory change monitoring (EU MDR, MPDG, MPBetreibV)
• AI-assisted compliance assessments and recommendations
• Document management for compliance documentation
• Ticket and task management for compliance activities

To use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medbash GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
